AutoNation Collision Center Hilton Head - Service Center

Center originally did great work but after closer inspection at home failed to fix parts under the hood which were classified by the tech as prior damage, original estimate showed parts needed replac inspection at home failed to fix parts under the hood which were classified by the tech as prior damage, original estimate showed parts needed replaced and had pictures to reference. Auto was sent home as if it was completely so if I would not have caught I could have driven a car with a air intake that was zip tied and ducted taped and unit was only providing 50% air into the air cleaner so this could have damaged my vehicle. Contacted progressive and they had shop correct but it took another week and my time to get this corrected. Progressive was no help in getting my deductible back and the shop mgr has never contacted me to apologize or offer anything. Hopefully this shop loses preferred status with progressive. More

The staff was extremely helpful to someone who has never had the experience of an accident repair.
