After a car accident, our insurance company referred us to AutoNation to have the car repaired. From when we arrived for an estimate, to when we picked up the repaired car, Sharon provided excellent servi to AutoNation to have the car repaired. No one is happy after accident. ...my car had damaged front end passenger side. Never was provided estimated timeframe. So one day after 4 weeks, I walked in to the Autonation's repair shop try to find out, Pam was busy and her manager had to tell me that they just picked up the required parts and they are working on to complete. It took almost 5 weeks get the car back. More

No one likes getting into an accident…. With that said, I always look forward to having it repaired to look like new again. It started to rain so I touched the area with my hand and the paint was still wet. Needless to say I had to bring the car back for a redo. This was an issue that should have never occurred. More
