the worst experience i have had since owning 5 Mercedes i will never buy another one because of the experience i had with Ron Flores and his team, from the receptionist to the manager. a simple right rear c will never buy another one because of the experience i had with Ron Flores and his team, from the receptionist to the manager. a simple right rear collision that Ron said would take about 3 weeks took over 3 months. I was told one lie after another about parts delay, miss shipped parts, when the tech would be working on my van just to list a few. he said it was in the paint booth and weeks later it had not. he said he could not guarantee their work because the van needed a side panel replaced which had nothing to do with the current collision. he harassed the insurance to pay for this and said he was doing me a favor. the only favor he did was cause my insurance to sky rocket. he even made me pay $450 out of pocket for something he said i agreed to and when i asked him to produce the email to prove agreement he could not. he even tried to charge me @$500 for a battery because they did not charge it for the 3 months while it was with them. when i finally got my van i drove it to my mechanic to see if i needed a battery and i did not, i still have the same battery. i told him i would take him to small claims court to recover my $450 he said, so confidently that he had screwed me, "it will cost you more money to prove it". he changed the original rate that the insurance pays to a higher one and when they did not pay he held my van hostage until i pay the over $7000 ransom. lucky for me my agent stepped and got my van back and i still had to take it back to get the rear door adjusted. he even bragged to me that they have customer cars there for over a year, i can't see how that is even possible. i have all his emails to prove what i said and after all that he put me through he still had the nerve to state that "I'm an honest man and god knows me". i hope no one has the experience i had with this "honest man" More

The work was done in two months and it wasn’t proportional to the damage. Every week had a new issue with the car, every week new parts was needed. You don’t have a plan to work.
