Have had my car in there 3 times for the same repair. Will never go back for ANYTHING. Would not recommend their contractor for collision. Poor communication in every aspect of my service experience. Will say that they customer service people that take your car in are great. It's the rest of the process that is poor. More

Leah with Auto Nation Collision did a great job keeping me advised of progress being made on repairs to my Jeep. She called me every couple of days to keep me up to speed and I really appreciated that. Leah also kept All State advised so they would know how long I would need the rental vehicle. I originally bought my Jeep from Auto Nation so I thought it would be good to use their collision center, and it was. Unrelated but I chose that location because I lived in that area several years as a child in the late 60's. More
