Took over 3 months to get my car back from a dent repair which then turned into a full replacement job. When I went to pick up the finished product the car still had some dents from the hail storm unrepaire which then turned into a full replacement job. When I went to pick up the finished product the car still had some dents from the hail storm unrepaired, missing parts that were not repaired and the interior was full of bondo dust. Will never bring my car back for repairs here again. More

They took way too long to finish my car and didn't even do the work correctly the 1st time. They also put the incorrect badge on my car and told me they would reach out when the correct one showed up and n do the work correctly the 1st time. The service advisor just straight up lied to me so I had to speak with the manager the whole time and was passed around between them. Still waiting for a call back from a manager to help me with the badge and haven't heard anything for a week now. More

The time required to repair the car was average. Communications needs improving. Service center should update customers weekly of their progress. To get an update, had to call Auto Nation Subaru o Communications needs improving. Service center should update customers weekly of their progress. To get an update, had to call Auto Nation Subaru on Arapaho and have them reach out. Asked for the hail damaged hood to be kept, as I needed it. Save hood was written on the repair work order and hood. Hood was disposed of. Still as of this writing waiting for the collision center to provide a replacement hood. As far as the repairs--the car looks great but very stressful to always being the one to reach out and get no reply. Please get me my hood you owe me! More
The worst experience ever. 0 communication and no one would ever call me back when I left message. Never received any updates.
