The service from the insurance company supplying parts was very bad supplying used parts that were damaged and The service from Tom Gamlin was great. My car not being done on time was the insurance companies fault and not Tom Gamlin. You reviewed him and held that against him. He had nothing to do with the finishing time if they didn't supply correct parts on time. I want you to change his evaluation from me to excellent across the board and not hold him accountable for any long delivery. I am referring to speed of service which you misinterpreted and held that against him. You need to change that to excellent.. Please reply back. More
