My first service appointment was very disappointing. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 11:30 on a Saturday and it was 2 HOURS later before my truck was even brought inside to I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 11:30 on a Saturday and it was 2 HOURS later before my truck was even brought inside to begin working on it. If I didn’t prepay for 6 oil changes and tire changes I would not bring my truck back to AutoNation Toyota for routine service. There’s absolutely no reason to make an appointment since you’ll be there all day. More
The car was at the collision center for several weeks while we were told they were waiting for the part. We are aware that parts take some time, but it seemed oddly coincidental that right after we conta while we were told they were waiting for the part. We are aware that parts take some time, but it seemed oddly coincidental that right after we contacted the manufacturer asking about part availability, the part was received. Once the part was installed, there were issues with resetting the computer in the vehicle which took another couple of days. Once that was completed and we got the vehicle back, the repaired part became damaged again as it was installed incorrectly. We took the vehicle back and it has now been an additional 2 weeks with no communication from them regarding when the new part would be received or when the vehicle will be repaired correctly. More
