Leaving a bad review was not what I wanted to do, but I have no choice. :( My 2023 car was hit by a drink driver without a license or insurance and I trusted this place to fix it. I was hoping it would sti have no choice. :( My 2023 car was hit by a drink driver without a license or insurance and I trusted this place to fix it. I was hoping it would still look like the brand new car that it once was. However, while changing the door shells the front and back bumpers had to be removed. When they were reattached the gap between the bumper and the car is significant! When the hatch is open, you can see the back bumper is bowing in the middle with a huge gap that runs across. The front bumper has a gap under headlights and sticks out a little from the side. There was a few other things as well, these issues just bothered me the most. If you are looking for perfection, this isn’t your place. More

I had the worst experience EVER. My car was not re assembled back the way it was brought in( my back seat belts were not visible and I had to drive from Georgia to Florida with my ch My car was not re assembled back the way it was brought in( my back seat belts were not visible and I had to drive from Georgia to Florida with my children not properly restrained. Not to mention that either they allow it to rain in my car while it was in there possession or my trunk is leaking where they did the repair (which has left a horrible smell). Once I noticed the seat belt error I had to take time off to drive an hour away for them to fix the issue and to be told that in order for the to see where the leak is I have to leave my vehicle with them for an entire day which I can’t afford to do because this is my only form of transportation and they do not cover a rental. I am soooooo livid at this point. More
