I’ve been waiting over a month for a trim piece for the liftgate of my 2021 Mazda CX-5. Luckily, they let me take the car home instead of leaving it there until the part showed up. When I got it home, howe liftgate of my 2021 Mazda CX-5. Luckily, they let me take the car home instead of leaving it there until the part showed up. When I got it home, however,I noticed several gashes in the plastic around the area of the broken trim piece. Also, there’s damage on the windshield, itself. A small bit of the black decal around the edge of it is missing. I wish I had seen these things at the collision shop, but I didn’t notice them. I was happy with the body work, but it seems like someone had trouble reinstalling the rear windshield. More
