I took my car to be fixed, they just had to paint the lower rear bumper, align the right exhaust and change the lower bumper, first they said they couldn't find the part that I had to buy, I told them th lower rear bumper, align the right exhaust and change the lower bumper, first they said they couldn't find the part that I had to buy, I told them that it is a part that can be easily found anywhere, that's what they told me after 3 weeks with my car and that's because I had to call them to see what was happening with my car and ask them why it was taking so long not because Josue wanted to contact me, after that I took the parts myself to have them installed and wait another week until they found the correct part, to make matters worse when I went to receive the car I took it to my house and the bumper was misaligned, the paint was totally badly done, drops of paint on the bumper, white spots, the paint was not even, rough paint in parts of the bumper, there were dust marks like lumps in the paint and the bumper was still misaligned and they hadn't done anything to the exhaust. I took it back to them and told them that everything was out of alignment and they called me after another week to tell me that the job was ready. When I saw the car, they hadn’t done anything to it or the paint and now they had dislodged everything and the trunk wouldn’t close properly. I dropped it off again and they referred me to the manager because they say they don’t fix the paint knowing that the contract says they have a “life time guarantee” on the paint. When I showed the manager the imperfections, he told me that what happens is that I am very meticulous and that the damage to the paint isn’t worth seeing so closely, that I shouldn’t have bent down to look at the damage and that if I hit the trunk harder it would close, that that was normal. This seems disrespectful to me and a joke towards me, and also he tells me not to put more tape on their poor work. The photos I have posted here are tapes where I specify all the faults that the bumper supposedly has after being fixed. The truth is the worst experience of my life. If you really value your time, money and peace of mind, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE FIXED WITH THESE PEOPLE. More

He’s the bad one in the batch sadly, throw him out before he rots away the new office ladies who are so nice. My truck sat in their employee parking for 5 days until they told me they “found it”. I called every day after the tow truck dropped it off to make sure if it was there or not. Almost had to call the cops because they kept saying it wasn’t there. After the month rolled by of them having it and not being able to have a rental anymore, they only fixed cosmetic stuff and never even took apart anything mechanical. Even after I verbally talked to the collision manager and told him I wanted to make sure the wheel assembly was taken apart, and parts like the bearings, tie-rod ends, struts, ect were checked to make sure I wouldn’t shake my truck apart (it’s a 2019 bought brand new by me.).They still managed to not even make sure my truck was road safe. After bringing it back, they told me I had to pay for the rental the next 5 days or to “take it up with the insurance”. After getting it back the second time from the dealership and then telling me I had to pay for the rental on the work they never checked the while my truck was there from august 1st- August 24th is beyond me. The manager will try to make you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about. Then they will try to push your vehicle back to you even though a tire may fall off while going 60-75 mph. Attached are photos of where my truck was dropped off august 3rd and they said they “found it” august 8th. If you’re getting work done here just beware, my truck normally gets 15-20 mpg. After getting it back from the test drive it only had 9 mpg averaged. I do not want this RANDY THE COLLISIONS MANAGER touching my vehicle ever again. Based off reviews on the past I should have avoided this shop and went to grapevine. Because after $3,400 they still can’t fix the problems the wreck I was in caused. More
