I took my car to be fixed, they just had to paint the lower rear bumper, align the right exhaust and change the lower bumper, first they said they couldn't find the part that I had to buy, I told them th lower rear bumper, align the right exhaust and change the lower bumper, first they said they couldn't find the part that I had to buy, I told them that it is a part that can be easily found anywhere, that's what they told me after 3 weeks with my car and that's because I had to call them to see what was happening with my car and ask them why it was taking so long not because Josue wanted to contact me, after that I took the parts myself to have them installed and wait another week until they found the correct part, to make matters worse when I went to receive the car I took it to my house and the bumper was misaligned, the paint was totally badly done, drops of paint on the bumper, white spots, the paint was not even, rough paint in parts of the bumper, there were dust marks like lumps in the paint and the bumper was still misaligned and they hadn't done anything to the exhaust. I took it back to them and told them that everything was out of alignment and they called me after another week to tell me that the job was ready. When I saw the car, they hadn’t done anything to it or the paint and now they had dislodged everything and the trunk wouldn’t close properly. I dropped it off again and they referred me to the manager because they say they don’t fix the paint knowing that the contract says they have a “life time guarantee” on the paint. When I showed the manager the imperfections, he told me that what happens is that I am very meticulous and that the damage to the paint isn’t worth seeing so closely, that I shouldn’t have bent down to look at the damage and that if I hit the trunk harder it would close, that that was normal. This seems disrespectful to me and a joke towards me, and also he tells me not to put more tape on their poor work. The photos I have posted here are tapes where I specify all the faults that the bumper supposedly has after being fixed. The truth is the worst experience of my life. If you really value your time, money and peace of mind, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE FIXED WITH THESE PEOPLE. More

My vehicle was in a fender bender. Autonation appropriately rose up to the challenging task of my insurance provider not communicating well. In the end the vehicle looked better than b Autonation appropriately rose up to the challenging task of my insurance provider not communicating well. In the end the vehicle looked better than before the incident. They cleaned and shined it up as well. Manager and other employees were great...not to mention above and beyond work by the auto technicians. Would recommend! More
Had to take my truck back three times due to lazy repair work a zero attention to detail. New wheel was obviously scratched the first time I went to pick it up. Why wouldn’t you clean it before I showed up; you would’ve realized it was scratched and then corrected before I came to pick it up. Poor paint work, very splotchy, had to be redone. Bent the belt mounding and just left it that way. Overspray all over. 4th time was a charm. Won’t be back. Won’t recommend. More
