They have a half-awake apathetic non-verbal admin dressed in answering the phones and receiving clients at the shop. She does not listen and is on auto pilot at all times. Mumbles and does not greet or say goodbye. Adjustor\tech gave me the keys and I walked out the door. No one said anything at all about a balance of payment. Two weeks later, on the last day of the month, I get a frantic angry phone call out of the blue after 5 PM from a manager *demanding* a balance of 2000 dollars immediately so they can settle their financials for April. They honestly thought I was just going to stop what I was doing and give my credit card number out for this on demand from an out of the blue phone call. After I explained my transaction experience and asked him to treat me with some respect he started saying racist things about the adjustor and blaming him for the phone call. I was in the car on the way home from work, taking this crazy person's call. I told the manager it's fine that we need to settle, but I can't help you right now just because it's your neck on the line for missing balance at the end of the month. I'm driving, I can't see an invoice, and I'm not doing anything over the phone right now. When I called back to settle the payment the admin took my credit card number. She overcharged by $800. Of course I called again upset that there was an overcharge. First the admin argued with me. Told me I was wrong. Then when we established it was in fact overcharged, she told me should would ask a manager IF it was OK to issue a refund. No action taken. I called and spoke to someone different who said he needed proof. He said he needed PROOF. This was beyond testing my patience. Are they really that brain-dead?? Look at the invoice! Look how much you charged me! See the difference? He promised he would call me back personally in 20 minutes to confirm. 30 minutes go by. Nothing happens. I call back. Admin answers phone. I have to explain everything again to her again. Puts me on hold. She says oh yeah ok he said it's fine. She asks me for my credit card number again. First they issued a full refund for the overcharged sum and then immediately recharged for the correct amount. No goodbye. No apologies. No acknowledgement of any wrongdoing. The staff there all need a lesson in basic human customer interaction. Whoever the racist manager is that called me should get fired. He is snivelling dishonest little xxxxx and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the books. More
Great collision center to work with. My estimator worked with my insurance for the supplemental (hidden) damages found during the repair. You cannot tell I hit a deer with my truck. The service center was incredible. The staff (including estimator Cindy who was the best) was extremely helpful throughout the entire process while my vehicle was being worked on.
