We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this location in 2021. Took it in to be serviced in early June (for the 4th or 5th time) because the check engine light would not go off - vehicle still completely dr 2021. Took it in to be serviced in early June (for the 4th or 5th time) because the check engine light would not go off - vehicle still completely drivable. After having it for 2 weeks, they finally apparently fixed the sensor causing the check engine light issue, but broke something else in the process. Now we are told the vehicle will likely not be ready until August. That's a total of almost 3 months without use of the vehicle due to a technician's mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but the reason for the poor review is that we were only given a rental for 5 days (and had to beg them just to get that, after the vehicle had already been in the shop for 2 weeks). All summer with no vehicle due to the dealership's error. Terrible service and we regret ever purchasing from them. More

Took my Grand Cherokee to the Dodge dealer across the street since that is where I purchased it. Needed to get a trailer wiring harness that I installed "configured" and was told by that service departm street since that is where I purchased it. Needed to get a trailer wiring harness that I installed "configured" and was told by that service department the wiring Jeep built into my vehicle was not usable so my harness wasn't going to work and that I should go to Uhaul. Went to one Uhaul who sent me to another because they didn't have parts. The second Uhaul told me they would never install a wiring harness on a vehicle that already has one built in. After going to Dodge, Uhaul, another uHaul I was about to give up but figured I should try the Jeep dealership across the street from where I started. Steve Johnson could tell I was frustrated when I arrived and was exceptional. Had me in and out in no time and for a few bucks less than what Dodge quoted me. This is the kind of experience that not only got my future service business, but will also strongly influence where I purchase my next Jeep. Thank you, Steve, for being awesome! More
