Scheduling the appointment was a little difficult. There was some confusion when I arrived. Service thought I was in for an oil change. I was not. I was there for a diagnostics. Went for 2nd quote on my Jeep. 1st quote at independent mechanic, to repair a 3 major things $7500 and up. Wasn’t expecting much difference from dealership, Received quote of $270 1st quote at independent mechanic, to repair a 3 major things $7500 and up. Wasn’t expecting much difference from dealership, Received quote of $2700, one major thing and one that was not caught on 1st quote. Needless to say I was thrilled, had repairs done, Jeep drives beautifully. Brianna was professional, patient, and courteous. Mechanics did a great job and was repaired quickly. More
