Lack of customer service! I got maintenance done, which included a multi-point safety check. I drove just 3 miles from the dealer, and my car overheated with coolant leaking I got maintenance done, which included a multi-point safety check. I drove just 3 miles from the dealer, and my car overheated with coolant leaking everywhere. They claimed they didn’t see this issue during their check and said it was just a coincidence. They refused to pay for a tow back to the dealer and told me they would need to keep my car for a week to inspect and fix it… and if you know, a week most likely will turn into weeks or even a month at this place. I can clearly see the coolant leakage — and I’m not even a mechanic — yet they say this wasn’t noticed during their safety check! What’s the point of doing regular maintenance every few months if they miss something as obvious as a torn hose and an empty coolant reservoir? Stay away from this place. The guy on the phone told me they could fix it right away, but in person, he was disrespectful, raised his voice, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Bree, James, and Chris are the service advisors at this place; and all of them lack customer service Dumb comments made by James included: you have only been coming here since 2021 so why would we let you know about your car maintenance!? Sir, I bought my car there, I have been going there since 2017. Other drumb comment “Leaks travel down by gravity” so if nothing was dripping then there wasn’t a leak!? The misogynistic energy was through the roof. I took my car somewhere else and got it fixed in 2 hours. More

Set appointment for a warning light. Had the first appointment 7am. That day I never was contacted or updated. Even texted the assigned scheduler James. Finally at 4:30pm I called, and he had no clue and the mechanic was gone for the day. So they had to keep the vehicle overnight. Next day again never heard anything and had to call again this time I called to inform that I was coming to pick it up. Due to this poor customer service I am taking my vehicle to another dealership. It took multiple months for the recalled part to be available. I reorganized my entire day so I could be available. Borrowed a family members car since I was told it would be a few days until the Jeep available. I reorganized my entire day so I could be available. I showed up at the dealership for my appointment and was told that I would need to reschedule due to them not having the part. I specifically asked when scheduling the appointment if the part would be available when I brought my Jeep in for the appointment. I was reassured that the part was in. Nobody has told me any safety precautions with this recall. I assume the Jeep is safe to drive. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. All I was told was “Parts not in. You’ll have to reschedule.” More

I made the mistake of buying from this place. I have not even made my third payment on this car, a 2019, and the engine is blown. Will they accept their wrongdoing and fix the blown engine and the recall parts that blew because of their negligence? NOPE, these snakes just want to keep passing the blame to someone else. We have been pushed around to dozens of other people, other phone numbers, other businesses, it is all just a run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SNAKES. Save your time and money by going to Colfax and pushing something on fire to your home. More
