I went in to Go Jeep a week or so before I purchased my Wrangler Unlimited. mainly because it's close to my work and I could poke around a bit during my lunch hour. Nick Schnelle, even though he's not a salesperson, (I actually think he's the GM) took the time to answer every question I could come up with, even though he knew I was not going to buy anything that day. To have a big wig, let alone a salesperson, continue to help you out after you make it clear that you're not buying that day was a nice change of pace. Most of the other dealers I had visited were long gone once they knew I wasn't going to buy right then and there. Nick knew the product inside and out, including all the aftermarket accessories that I'm gathering are part of the Jeep experience, and was really helpful in steering me towards the option package that was right for me. When I decided to buy the Jeep, I worked with Dan Meyer. Dan knew the product inside and out as well. I told Nick and Dan that I was giving them the first shot at the sale based on how I had been treated the following week and they seemed to genuinely appreciate that. After a reasonable amount of bickering regarding the value of my trade in, we made what I felt was a fair deal for both of us and off I went in my new Jeep. I was treated well at Go Jeep, I would not hesitate to refer friends to Dan and Nick. More
I'm 47 and have purchased several cars in my life and this purchase was by far the best and most straight forward. There was none of the typical high pressure tactics that you typically get from Sales and then Finance. I am VERY happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealer. About a year ago I bought a used program car that happened to be a Chrysler Sebring LX sedan. I found that I really liked that car other than the fact that it was a sedan. As my fianacial situation improved I went shopping. It was at Go Chrysler South Broadway that Allen and the staff were able to make my ownership, once again, of a new car possible. I beleive they gave me a good amount for my trade and searched to find financing for me. Allen contacted me in May and we ordered a car to ensure that I would have one to purchase. I am extremely happy and impressed with Chrysler's heavy refresh of the former Sebring. The new two hundred is one fine mid size car! More

This guy was great. Knowledge was awsome and low pressure., He got me car car from Durango for free delivery. Went above and beyond. Even had the Gm set up my oil chenge for me. Overall my experience with the dealer went extremely well. I never fealt pressured into anyting and they were very patient while I was making my decision. I would have prefered to be told that the person wasn't available and given the option to leave a message. If there was any problems they had no hesitation getting it fixed right away. More
