I was looking for a specific trim of 2012 Jeep Compass, and this dealership was one of the first ones in Colorado to have one of the cars available for test driving. I reached out to the two Jeep dealerships closest to me and while the other dealership immediately started playing mindgames with me, Alex treated me with respect and understood my need to have things done in advance. Alex helped me get everything related to financing figured out before I even set foot in the dealership - since I didn't want to test drive a car that I wouldn't be able to buy. Alex was open to negotiating the value of my trade and get me the best possible bang for my 8+ year old vehicle. Once at the dealership, I was able to test drive the Compass Altitude, sign the financing papers and come back two days later to drop off my trade and pickup my brand new just arrived car. I have an acquaintance that works for Jeep out of state and I know that what I paid for my car was as close to invoice price (the value the dealer pays to Jeep to acquire the vehicle) as they could possibly make it without losing money. Bottom line, I was one of the first people in Colorado driving the Altitude line. Their service department and general manager were prompt at straightening out an issue with the stereo - the car came with the wrong equipment - going as far as giving me a loaner for the 20 hours or so my car was in to have the interior protected and the right stereo installed. After I left, they have checked in with me twice to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I would go back to and recommend Alex and the management team in a heartbeat. More

I have dealt with Allen has a salesman in the past and came back to him when I was looking for a new car. My dissappointment and frustration is with the Manager named Nate. I had been browsing the dealership website looking at your inventory. I received an email regarding a vehicle I was looking at,so, I called the dealership to set up an appointment. I was directed to Nate who scheduled an appointment with me for Tues. Feb. 14 at 5:30 PM. I decided to arrive early for the appointment so that I could look at the vehicle prior to speaking with Nate. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist and she paged Nate. I waited almost 15 minutes before they were able to locate Nate but that was ok because I was early. When he met me in the showroom lobby he appeared to be very distracted and in a hurry. He kept looking around for someone and finally Allen happened to walk by. He grabbed Allen and said he needed Allen to help me because he (Nate) had to leave work ASAP. Allen said he had a customer who was due to arrive any moment and he would help me as soon as he finished with his other customer. Nate really wouldn't take no for an answer and he proceeded to somewhat argue with Allen to help me because come to find out he needed to leave to meet his wife for dinner. Now I don't have a problem at all with this, except why did he schedule an appointment with me for 5:30 pm if he knew he had to leave before that time. It was quite embarrassing to be caught in the middle of this dialogue. Allen picked up on my uncomfortable feeling esp. when I said I would just come back later. Allen quickly guided me to a table and we began a conversation. Nate left like a bolt of lightening to take his wife to dinner for Valentines Day. I felt very much like an intrusion even though I had called ahead and scheduled an appointment. It took awhile to get over this feeling but Allen was friendly, engaging and seemed really appreciative that I came in to the dealership to look at the vehicles so I just went with it and continued to work with him. I am glad I did and I am otherwise very satisfied with the overall outcome of my experience and purchase. Again, thank you Allen. More
First off, we looked online at the used inventory. He offered us a few other models of the same vehicle so we came to check them out. Allen lowered the price of a newer model Liberty with less miles to be more inline with the vehicle we originally had an interest in. Allen was not pushy, was very informative and very friendly. We really liked his approach because we ended up buying one of the vehicles he showed us. Having bought the vehicle at night (I know, a scary thing to do)we noticed the next day that there were a few minor blemishes and one of the brake lights was out. Stuff we didn't notice the night before. We called and Allen didn't even hesitate. We took it in, they replaced the light, detailed and fixed the minor blemishes and were very friendly about the whole thing. The financing experience was top notch as well. We had a third party (dear old mom) on the title of our trade in, and she lives in Texas. There was no hesitation to send her papers and consider our truck traded in. They gave us more than we expected for our trade in, and didn't act like they were doing some miracle for us to do that. Overall, we would highly recommend them to friends or family looking for vehicles in the Denver area. Nothing snobby, no tricks, no talkind down to us...just a very pleasant and fast experience. And when we are in the market to buy another Jeep, we are planning to go to Chrysler Jeep S Broadway. More

I was in a car accident and my old vehicle was totaled. I needed to buy another vehicle, so I went online to check one out. I applied for Express Credit, and within 10 minutes, Allen Tamag with Internet Sale needed to buy another vehicle, so I went online to check one out. I applied for Express Credit, and within 10 minutes, Allen Tamag with Internet Sales gave me a phone call. I arranged a time the same day to come see the 2004 Dodge Dakota. The vehicle was in excellent condition, so I went for a test drive. Allen was explaining the truck to me during the drive, and he showed me the CARFAX and 125 point inspection paperwork. After the test drive, we went inside to do paperwork. The sticker price was higher than the Internet price, and Allen immediately offered the Internet price. He also asked what company I worked for, and I qualifyed for the B2B discount as well. With the price being $2000 lower than sticker, it was a great buy! Allen and everyone at the dealership were very friendly, upfront about everything, and didn't try to "upsell" anything that I did not want to add on myself. The whole experience only took a couple of hours, and I was out the door with my truck! I will be buying my next vehicle from the dealership, and will recommend anyone I know who is looking to buy to go to this dealership. All in all, this experience changed my whole view about buying a car, it was so easy! More

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It took almost 2 hours for us to be able to sit down with the finance manager. Too long!!!!! I currently have 2 issues with the Jeep Commander I purchased. At turn on each morning the tire sensor shows various tire pressures which do not agree with pressures I have guaged and they change drastically every day, A leak appeared at the cap entry point on the drivers side grab handle. Moisture ran out the bottom of this cap for about a minute. Other than these the vehicle runs great. More
