I noticed left exhaust tip was slightly ovalated like it had been a manufacturer defect or crushed in assembly or transit or something. Travis said they would fix it at first oil change. Bought the diesel version so almost a year went by before the first oil change was needed and by then Travis developed amnesia on the matter and I was told they would do nothing about it. Elevated to GM Sara Ziegenhagen and she would do nothing either and at times was just rude. Elevated to Chrysler corporate and it turns out they just default to local dealership management decision as well so that was quite pointless. Appalled by how this dealership has handled this situation and over something so trivial that would have cost the dealership a few hundred dollars even. They have now lost a family of premium vehicle purchasers for life and hopefully a few review readers that feel they should be treated with respect when buying a vehicle. Turning everyone I know away from this dealership in particular (And Chrysler in general if possible). If you are set on a Chrysler product, my recommendation is Pollard Jeep in Boulder. They know how to treat their customers so the extra few miles is worth it. More

My Jeep Grand Cherokee, which I bought new w I had an emergency and had to be towed to Auto Nation Jeep. They were fantastic and great to work with. My Jeep Grand Cherokee, which I bought new with wheel nut locks installed I thought from the factory, had a previous flat and the darn place did not return my key tool. Hence, with another flat, I had to be towed. The dealer and factory do not keep a record for the tool. It is almost impossible to get the locking nut off but Auto Nation did. They worked me in timely, were very professional and friendly to work with, kept me informed about the progress, etc. I wish they could be my normal Jeep dealer. While this was a lengthy and frustrating experience for us, Auto Nation was the positive side. I intend to drive way across town to use them again. More

Ignored, lied to and they ran my credit without my concent. After driving an hour to visit the dealership, I was shocked to see so many cars on the lot, and nobody out trying to sell ANY of them. I found the car I wanted, then went inside to find someone to help, but no such luck. I waited in the parking lot for anyone to help but they were all too busy talking with each other and smoking their cigarettes, to even be bothered with customers. I decided to call and talk to a Manager. Emily Absher answered the phone and attempted to help. She asked what car I wanted and so on, she also asked for a credit application so she could see if my corporation had the credit to purchase a vehicle (which has never been an issue in the past), I filled one out and sent it to her. She called back and said "your credit is great, I haven't seen a business with that high a score in a long time", Hopeful, I thought we should proceed. Then I realized, she didn't run my business's credit, she ran MY PERSONAL CREDIT!! Which I did not authorize, nor can they prove I did, YET...It shows up on my credit now! I explained the reasons why I couldn't run my credit and that it would mess up the closing on our new home...SHE LET THEM DO IT ANYWAY AND THEN LIED WHEN I CALLED HER OUT ON IT!! It says CHRYSLER right on my credit report and came up as a "HARD HIT" (no coincidence, not more than 2 hours after they ran it, I get an email alert from my credit monitoring service) which, we all know isn't good. Not only have they jeopardized my ability to get our new home, they've yet to return any of my phone calls, emails or otherwise (I can show phone records). I can't believe this happened to me. This dealership is very cooked and they obviously don't care about people. I plan on making this review very public and will tell as many people as I can. I don't think they can legally run my credit without my consent, but they did. I am beyond disgusted!!! Is it legal? I'd really like to know how they did that. Their finance manager should be questioned and Emily should own up to her awful customer service. The dealership is a total JOKE! Full of liars! More
Not sure what just happened I brought my wrangler in for a warranty repair of my tailgate, and asked them to check out the squeaks in the suspension as well as the recall item on I brought my wrangler in for a warranty repair of my tailgate, and asked them to check out the squeaks in the suspension as well as the recall item on the transmission cooler. The rep who took my auto said no problem, he would send the request off to the warranty division and complete the suspension work and recall item that day. I got a shuttle ride home and waited. and waited...and waited until I finally had to call back at nearly 5pm. Come to find out they didn't do any work at all. The warranty work was approved but parts had to be ordered, Ok I can live with that. Turns out the 1 and only part they had in stock to complete my recall was damaged, so they couldn't do that either. So while they were unable to do those items, they figured lets just wait on the suspension and do it all when I come back. I feel like I left my Jeep with them all day for really no reason. I know I would have to come back anyway, but seemed like a big waste of time. The rep told me that they were very short on mechanics that day, so I guess this is why. Ill give them another shot but I am certainly hoping for more. More

The Dealership Manager (not going to name names) comes across as very pleasant until you try to resolve a problem and then you are given the runaround through every Business and Finance Manager and at the end given a " sorry about that". My experience involved purchasing a vehicle which I was already leasing and to make the long story short, these INCOMPETENT people took my payment in FULL for the car and instead of submitting all the paperwork needed to the leasing company simply put it away. The following month I end up being charged my monthly lease from the leasing company, which tells me they can not discontinue the lease regardless of MY PAYMENT IN FULL because GO Chrysler Jeep Broadway failed to submit the necessary odometer reading. REALLY, REALLY do they sell apples at this place, because last I checked I paid them for my car and all taxes plus DEALER FEE for service they totally failed to provide. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! More

I recently bought a used car from Go Chrysler Jeep and when I went to get the emissions test done, it failed! I contacted Go and they informed me that they are only responsible for the car for 3 days. Who when I went to get the emissions test done, it failed! I contacted Go and they informed me that they are only responsible for the car for 3 days. Who has time to get anything done with their car 3 days after they buy it? Anyways, the manager said he would try and help me out so stop by. I drove all the way to the shop and all I get was "go try it again, your car probably wasn't warm enough". I did not think that it would help much, if at all and I was right, failed emissions a second time. I called Go again and all they said was sorry. I will never recommend getting a car from this excuse of a dealership and will never again waste my time with them. I recommend taking your car to get emissions checked right after purchasing so you don't get screwed like I did. Update: A couple days ago Chad the service manager from Go contacted me and asked me about my experience and what was going on with my car. I explained what had been going on and he asked if I could bring in the car so they could take a look at it. I brought in the car early in the morning and Go set me up with a rental car for the day. Chad called me later in the day and said they had replaced the catalytic converters and an O2 sensor for me at no charge. I had pretty much accepted that I had to spend some money to get the car to pass emissions so I was extremely pleased that Go had made the repairs for me. On top of that Go took my car and had the emissions test done for me! I have completely changed my mind about the people at Go Chrysler Jeep and would recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go there. The next time I am looking to purchase a vehicle the first place I am looking is Go. Chad and the service team had no obligation to fix anything for me but went above and way beyond to provide world class customer service. More
