I had a seat switch replacement and two warranty recalls that needed done since all the ordered parts came in after my last appointment (oil change and two warranty parts done). Bought a brand new 2021 Trailhawk Jeep Cherokee 4x4 on Nov. 10, 2020 and as soon as I left the dealership the uconnect went haywire - I called them to see what was up with it and they had no answer expept Nov. 10, 2020 and as soon as I left the dealership the uconnect went haywire - I called them to see what was up with it and they had no answer expept if it continued to bring it in. I live 82 miles from the dealership and had to get my BRAND NEW CAR's uconnect fixed. Not only that but the FOB stopped working when it got cold AND all the dash lights went on (SDW unavailable service required, FCW service required,Park sense off,Service electronic stability control and it goes on and on. Finally, on Nov 30th I brought it back to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong until I pushed them on the electronics and they finally gave me a vehicle uconnect'Related star case' issue from 3 days before I purchased it and that it was a software problem that will be fixed in the first quarter of 2021. Would have been nice if they told me this BEFORE I purchased it. Travis was very condescending and insisted that it's working properly! Unfortuately, 2 months later this issue has not been resolved and the dealership offers NOTHING! Thankfully my Costco rep is the only person to assist me on this issue. It's not only an annoyance but a hazard when driving. The Blind Spot & Cross detection - NOT working ...Rain sensitive wipers NOT working, A/C goes on randomly and the radio goes in and out with an annoying static in the speakers! Apple Car play is still going haywire. I will NEVER go back or buy another vehicle from this dealership. They were so nice and easy to workwith before I bought the car but afterwards not a single courtsey call or assistance on how to fix this issue. This shouldn't happen with a brand new 2021 vehicle. Now I have to spend my time dealing with the manufacture to get this taken care of. So disappointed with the lack of integrity in this dealership! You can be sure I am letting everyone I know to steer clear of this place. More

Yeh someday she would love a new SUV she's a 4×4 woman. Anyway this is the third time the young service lady always to us bad all because my wife didn't want to sell her 2009 jeep commander 4×4 .So today we called to schedule an appointment to get some new shocks. She knew who we were, she said I'll connect you to someone else . I think that's her job is to make vehicle service appointment's .anyway it feels like systemic Racism. My wife puts her life everyday too save lives . She really deserves better. Then to be treated poorly. Please I'm trying to reach- out to the president are general manager maybe they don't know what's really happening at there Jeep Chrysler dealerships . Anyone else experiencing rudeness at this dealership? Were going to contact are lawyers to see wthat legal action we should take. The general manager needs to know, please help my wife she,deserves Better . If they only knew my wife is a first responder they,would-treat her differently. Avoid this place at all costs. I wish I could give zero stars. This service department was terrible on every level. They do not return calls. They told me a part wouldn't be ready until August 2021. I had to open a case with Chrysler Corp HQ and was able to get the part in under 2 weeks. My car was returned with the check engine light on and still not properly working. It also was returned with a layer of dust as it has sat outside there for 2 months and apparently they couldn't be troubled to wash it off. More
Well I called this particular dealership after finding their information on Jeep’s website fas an authorized dealer who have a Trackhawk Grand Cherokee in stock. I spoke with a gentlemen named Vince, who their information on Jeep’s website fas an authorized dealer who have a Trackhawk Grand Cherokee in stock. I spoke with a gentlemen named Vince, who unfortunately works for a company that has zero customer service training or consumer level understanding. As I allocated my questions, they were met with the most absurd answers and resolutions I as consumer have ever experienced. After Vince stayed that their dealership does not TEST DRIVE Srt or Trackhawk models.. I simply asked well how am I to purchase a vehicle I cannot test drive? The explanation given to me, who is a potential customer who was ready to purchase TODAY!!! Was, “well sir, I asked my manager and he said unfortunately every mile depreciates a vehicle like that and we as a business can’t allow you to test drive a vehicle you want to purchase today in precaution to you not purchasing the vehicle, but your more than welcomed to buy the vehicle and experience your first test drive in your way home in your new vehicle”. So their resolution was, for me to blindly spend 101k on a vehicle I have never driven or turned on.... that seems like a business model that doesn’t consider their customers at all. Let me end with this, before I could even get to their dealership lot, they made it very clear that their business desire outweigh and take precedent over the desires of their clients and potential clients. So when I say I will never do business with this dealership in the future and I will advocated that my peers, friends, and family won’t spend a dime here either. Take your money somewhere else besides a place that is unequipped with the tools needed for a great purchasing experience. And if you all take down my review again. My lawyer will be contacting you for censorship. More
