I recently purchased a 2117 Grand Cherokee trading in a 2012 WRX STI . I had previously checked with Kelly Blue Book which gave my information to this dealership.Of course you immediately deducted $2000 fr 2012 WRX STI . I had previously checked with Kelly Blue Book which gave my information to this dealership.Of course you immediately deducted $2000 from the value for miscellaneous hidden expenses. My salesman Will Loomis asked several times if I had two keys with the STI. At delivery Will was explaining all the bells and whistles this car has, I asked for my spare key and he casually said oh it didn't have one. My warning system indicated my key fob battery was low so I went to Batteries Plus for a replacement and they said it would be wise to purchase a spare. Well guess what another $222.99 plus tax for my hidden expense. And you wonder why car dealers have such a shinny reputation. Rest assured I will not be giving a rave review for this dealership!! Had a service appointment for some recalls and oil change. They offered to shuttle me back home which was nice. Only issue was some residual oil spilled on my garage floor when I got home. The absolute worst dealership to go to. Avoid Travis Bixby at all cost! I brought my car in to get a few repairs and came out with a no longer working windshield wiper. No where on the insp Avoid Travis Bixby at all cost! I brought my car in to get a few repairs and came out with a no longer working windshield wiper. No where on the inspection report did it say my wiper was not working. When the service manager Travis came out to “help” me he was extremely rude and hard to talk to. He was going to do absolutely nothing about the problem, even after admiring they messed up. I will never spend my money with this company again. More
