This dealership completely failed to stand behind a vehicle they leased to me. My Jeep wrangler has multiple unresolved safety recalls with no repair timeline. When I asked for help, I was told there w vehicle they leased to me. My Jeep wrangler has multiple unresolved safety recalls with no repair timeline. When I asked for help, I was told there was nothing they could do. I have spent hours on the phone being tossed between different departments and have made no headway and do not have a safe vehicle to drive. The safety recalls include the car randomly turning off while in motion (which I have experienced multiple times) and the potential for it to catch on fire without warning. This puts my life at risk and these concerns were dismissed. No escalation, no solutions, no accountability. If you’re looking for a dealership and a manufacturer that disappears the moment a problem arises, especially a safety issue, this is it. More

I have been using Autonation Jeep on South Broadway in Littleton Colorado for the service and repairs on my Jeep for over 10 years. I live in Nevada and reached out to the dealership because the had the exact model i was looking for. They were great to deal with and was a little worried about buying a truck i had never seen or d because the had the exact model i was looking for.
