Lack of customer service! I got maintenance done, which included a multi-point safety check. I drove just 3 miles from the dealer, and my car overheated with coolant leaking I got maintenance done, which included a multi-point safety check. I drove just 3 miles from the dealer, and my car overheated with coolant leaking everywhere. They claimed they didn’t see this issue during their check and said it was just a coincidence. They refused to pay for a tow back to the dealer and told me they would need to keep my car for a week to inspect and fix it… and if you know, a week most likely will turn into weeks or even a month at this place. I can clearly see the coolant leakage — and I’m not even a mechanic — yet they say this wasn’t noticed during their safety check! What’s the point of doing regular maintenance every few months if they miss something as obvious as a torn hose and an empty coolant reservoir? Stay away from this place. The guy on the phone told me they could fix it right away, but in person, he was disrespectful, raised his voice, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Bree, James, and Chris are the service advisors at this place; and all of them lack customer service Dumb comments made by James included: you have only been coming here since 2021 so why would we let you know about your car maintenance!? Sir, I bought my car there, I have been going there since 2017. Other drumb comment “Leaks travel down by gravity” so if nothing was dripping then there wasn’t a leak!? The misogynistic energy was through the roof. I took my car somewhere else and got it fixed in 2 hours. More
