I came to my get my oil changed and when I came out to receive my vehicle. It was slammed against a pole. I walked back in to ask who parked it in that matter and was given a lot of grief about why do I c receive my vehicle. It was slammed against a pole. Contacted the general manager and he hasn’t responded yet on fixing this issue. This dealership doesn’t care about loyal customers. They only care about taking your money right there. Buyer beware if this place. More

I was notified I had a recall on my Jeep. I was able to get into the Arapahoe Jeep dealership in one day and they had it fixed within 1 hr. I have been here before and have not had a good experience but th get into the Arapahoe Jeep dealership in one day and they had it fixed within 1 hr. I sold my Audi to Nathan Wesner. He’s amazing. He buys cars for the dealership and he had me in and out in less than an hour with a check in hand.
