DO NOT GO HERE. This place convinced my wife to have her AC refrigerant changed. Told her approx cost would be $160--then charged her $719.29. Then told her she needed to replace her radiator and they wou AC refrigerant changed. Told her approx cost would be $160--then charged her $719.29. Kept my car all day. NEVER called when I could come get it. Work on unconnect not completed because connect was too old for update. No one EVER called to inform me of that. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I have to take my jeep in repeatedly for the same issue and the technicians never make it a priority. This last time I had an appointment set. Dropped my car off at 8am and they did not even look at it. I had to call 4 times for an update and they asked to keep it overnight and get done the next day. They did not even have the notes correct for what needed done. I have grown extremely frustrated with this service. More

The techs were communicative, thorough and professional. The only thing I’d say needs improvement is the extended dealer’s warranty. The work my car needed was not covered under it. No one has called me back in several days with a status. Horrible service. Third time auto nation doesn’t do what it says on its warranty. Worst car service experience. I’ve been taking my car to this location for service over the past 8 years. Won’t be taking my car back here again. Kept my car over 24 hours for an oil and battery change. Did this location for service over the past 8 years. Won’t be taking my car back here again. Kept my car over 24 hours for an oil and battery change. Didn’t bother to call me the first day for an update. I called multiple times for status with no return call. Wasn’t able to pick my car up until the following day. Windshield wiper fluid wasn’t refilled, oil change indicator wasn’t reset and also found the car battery in my back seat. They had my car over 24 hours and quality of work/service was awful. 18 point inspection is a joke. Checked my air filter on my own to realize I needed a new one. Finally, the service rep quoted me one price over the phone for the battery replacement and tried to over charge me on the receipt when I went to pick up my car. After pointing it out, he seemed annoyed instead of apologetic. More
