Had appointment for oil change and tire rotation, was not alerted that service was completed after waiting 2hr in the wait area had to go into office to find out that the work was done but then had to return alerted that service was completed after waiting 2hr in the wait area had to go into office to find out that the work was done but then had to return my vehicle a couple of days later to find out that there was no oil in my car. Was told initially that it was an electrical problem but my vehicle is only 3 years old and the only warning light popping up was the oil indicator. I was skeptical so the guy went to check the oil indicator and sure enough it was dry but instead of admitting that they didn't do their job it was blamed on a recall with my vehicle but they didn't even offer to make an appointment to fix the issue with regard to the recall. Also noted there was not a return sticker in the window for my next oil change, that probably should have been my 1st clue that something was off when I got in my vehicle. I asked the person when I brought the car back why wasn't there one in the window, explanation was the machine was probably broken. I made an appointment for that Saturday because I was going to be taking my vehicle on a road trip on the following Thursday luckily I didn't drive the car following my appointment but it was such an inconvenience to have to bring the vehicle back as I work nights and I was scheduled to work 3 shifts in a row between that time. I'm still not sure if they put the synthetic oil I paid for or just regular oil in my vehicle as I still have no sticker indicate and was given no explanation about why there was no oil in my vehicle after 2 days from receiving an oil change. Very disappointing will not be bringing my vehicle back. This review is for North Columbus Dodge service department More
Bad communication regarding vehicle symptoms between the service rep and myself! I went to get my car after repairs and test drive it on I185, it overheated and had me stranded for 45 mins until it cooled off enough for me to drive it back to the dealership at 45 mph! I originally reported that my car was (overheating), but apparently they needed to know weither it was during city or highway driving. This costed time, a unessasary $1200 thurmastat repair expense, and $400 rental car! My car is still overheating, but know I have a coolant leak as well that wasn't there before! I was told because of my circumstances the finance guy would give me an assist for my 3 day rental car expense, but the service rep and finance rep were conveniently gone for the vehicle pickup day at 3:30pm! I am profoundly disappointed with this service experience! More
