Service center office staff needs improving, vehicle drop off was rushed and no check-in process done. 2 of the main concerns I had was not addressed. On top of those things, couldn't get anyone on the phone to ask about the progress of the vehicle. I then decide to just drive to the dealership to get a in-person update, only to find out it has been "finished and ready for pick" for two days. Service adviser was calling and texting the wrong number the whole time. Everything was so rushed and completely unorganized. More
The dealership, sales and service leaves much to be desired. The service department claims they are so shorthanded, that you must leave your vehicle for 3-4 days before they can diagnose and begin repa desired. This wouldn't be horrible, if they could offer a loaner vehicle. There aren't many folks who have spare cars lying around to be able to just give up their vehicle for a period of 3-4 days. The service department has particularly gone down hill each time we have had to visit. With that being said, this time, we dealt with Cullen, who is pretty amazing to work with. He was sure to keep me posted throughout the process, and made sure I was kept in the loop about the entire process. I hope they are able to hold onto him, because he is who I will use in the future. The rest of the dealership is pretty much worthless. Especially the sales dept at both Northlake CDJR and South Columbus CDJR. More
