Heidi is my service contact at the North Columbus location. Communication is horrible. My 2020 Jeep Wrangler that I bought from AutoNation has been in the shop since June 28th. I have to initiate location. Communication is horrible. My 2020 Jeep Wrangler that I bought from AutoNation has been in the shop since June 28th. I have to initiate communication by phone or going to the dealership to find out the status of my Jeep. The “ part” was ordered in July but they can’t tell me where or when the part will arrive. WTH. Awful service. More
