Autonation has done good work for me in the past; the last visit left much to be desired. I made an appointment to have car checked for possible transmission fluid leak. There must have been some probl last visit left much to be desired. I made an appointment to have car checked for possible transmission fluid leak. There must have been some problem with the appointment though, because they were unable to tell me if there was a leak or not. I asked if I should make another appointment. I was told they would be in contact. All I got was a test message with a link that only showed a picture of my car on the lift, with no verbal message. I called the following Monday, no one could tell me what the message was suppose to mean. I'm afraid to drive the car as I don't want to make the problem worst. Not sure what to think at this point. This is a very professional organization, from the front desk service representatives, the people who repairs the vehicle, to your customers service department. GREAT JOB!!! desk service representatives, the people who repairs the vehicle, to your customers service department. GREAT JOB!!! More

My car has been at the dealership twice for the same issue and it still is not fixed. While my car was there 40+ days, I received one phone call about the status. This was only after I called to check issue and it still is not fixed. While my car was there 40+ days, I received one phone call about the status. This was only after I called to check on it and was given a bogus date for a part to arrive. Right now my car needs to return but I am dubious about calling for an appointment as appointments are in no way a guarantee that your vehicle will even be seen if it is outside of scheduled maintenance. With all this said, everyone is nice enough. I am just not happy that the problem is still not fixed after 2 visits totaling 60 days with me having to figure out alternate transportation because they had no loaner vehicles due to a “policy change” even though my Mopar warranty allows for one More
