They go back on there word. This was the worst experience I ever had when dealing with a well known dealership. The received my car ion Nov.30th to change the oil and determine what the sound was that I was hearing once I accelerat with a well known dealership. The received my car ion Nov.30th to change the oil and determine what the sound was that I was hearing once I accelerate the motor. They told me they by Wed. Dec. 8th they would call me. They never did so I kept calling them but nobody ever answered. Finally I spoke with someone Saturday Dec 10th but no one had touched the car and Robert Bean who was assigned to the car could not be reached. I will never use AutoNation again for anything. They were very nonchalant and empty. The customer service there is awful. The owner needs to reevaluate that service department before they ruin their reputation. More
