1. Appointment booking for service was 2 full months out. 2. After appointment date, initial diagnostics was 4-5 days in lot while in queue to take the first look. 3. Repair was initially told to be out. 2. After appointment date, initial diagnostics was 4-5 days in lot while in queue to take the first look. 3. Repair was initially told to be a month for parts but later story changed and sourced parts from another dealer. 4. Truck ready a week from drop off so it was 2 months and one week from initial call when problem resolution began. Not so good if I wasn't someone who owns 3 vehicles and didn't really need it right away as if it were my everyday driver and I depended on it like most customers. More

This dealership has really gone done hill since Jordan and other service advisors left. I brought my jeep in for an alternator and couldn’t get an update from my advisor. After two days of sitting there i and other service advisors left. I brought my jeep in for an alternator and couldn’t get an update from my advisor. After two days of sitting there i finally waited on hold and got a hold of her just for her to tell me that it’s going to be 5 to 7 days before they even look at it. Why didn’t they tell me that when I dropped it off. They knew I was in a hurry because I had to leave for a trip to Oregon. I had to just take my jeep back because I couldn’t wait that long. This dealership has gone down hill. Also they couldn’t even tell me if it would be covered under warranty or not. So know I might have to spend $600 on something that should be covered under warranty. More

Got a normal oil maintenance for my truck and after coming from the dealership I parked my truck and noticed oil leaking on to my driveway. Upon inspection I noticed oil coming from the oil filter drai coming from the dealership I parked my truck and noticed oil leaking on to my driveway. Upon inspection I noticed oil coming from the oil filter drain tray wasn’t throughly cleaned. So I checked the work, drain plug was tight, oil filter was tight, but the engine air filter box screws were not even screwed in the box was just sitting on top loose. I would imagine they would do a quick check to see if everything was put in place but I assume that’s too much work. So I just took it upon myself to clean it and properly secure down the air box.
