Communication with the service advisor was almost nonexistent. I had to call four times in order to get a hold of her. Customer Service was really good. Unfortunately they were not able to help me a quick diagnosis of a problem I have. Ariana is professional and knows how to do her job very well. She remembered me from the last service appt. I had there .My last experience was poor with another service advisor and she had stepped in to m well. She remembered me from the last service appt. This last time, my car was leaking coolant and I took it in on a Saturday without an appt. She took care of me right away knowing the experience I had the previous time I was there. My car was diagnosed within an hour or so and had a plan to get it fixed later that week when the part would get in. Originally my car was going to be ready in about 6 days, but surprisingly I got a message from Ariana 3 days later letting me know my car was ready for pick up! My expectations were exceeded! And to top it off, my car was sparkling clean when I received it! More
