Aside from a few telephone communication issues, my recent experiences with this dealership (last 5 years) have been great. The little video they do of the initial inspection, for example, helps me understand what they're seeing and also gives me something to reference later. The service advisors communicate well via text, and each time I've been in they've kept me informed throughout the process, from the initial repair order, to additional recommendations, to the ready-for-pickup text. They even squeezed me in on short notice when I had a potential issue right before I was scheduled to go on a long road trip. I've used them for major service on my 2007 Jeep and routine service on my 2018 Ram, and I haven't been disappointed yet. And I specifically want to commend them for acknowledging that they had a poor communication/customer service problem in the past and for taking steps to fix that problem (the video inspection, text communications, etc.). I had purchased a hemi dodge challenger 8 months ago along with a tire warranty. Earlier this week I had a flat tire so I took it in to have it replaced. Since I commute very far everyday and frequently along with a tire warranty. Earlier this week I had a flat tire so I took it in to have it replaced. Since I commute very far everyday and frequently use the power of the car I asked for the tire be replaced. (They had said it could be patched but who buys a warranty for a patched tire?) When I came in today I found out the tire was indeed patched. I had asked the service advisor as I was leaving if it was safe because I frequently use the power of the car and commute far. He assured me it “should be safe”. It’s well known patched tires lose their speed rating per the manufacturer. I have a “high performance” car that it’s no longer safe to use at “high performance”. I have a warranty that’s essentially useless to boot. To be candid, I’m tempted to file a motion in small claims court. I’ll see how this company responses first. More
