Quite disappointed with the service situation. I took my vehicle for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation as walk-in on Friday 09/29/23 at 6:50am. I was the second person on the lot for service. I was checked in right at 7am. It was explained that because I didn't have an appointment, that the vehicle will be done by 5pm. This alone caught me off guard - for an oil change and tire rotation, to expect a full day’s wait. Fine. I understood because I was a walk-in but expressed that if it gets completed earlier let me know so I can pick it up. No follow up or anything up until around 2pm, when I’m reasonably anxious to see what's going on I checked on the status. Spoke to the service rep and said that will check. I got a text message around 3:15pm that seems like they just started working on my service. I received a call that the service requires additional jobs and needs my authorization. At this point, I expressed that I have an appointment at 6pm that cannot miss and need to plan to be picked up by shuttle service accordingly, before 5pm. Received no follow up until I reached out back again around 4:15pm to follow up on the shuttle. I was told the driver had left and, on its way, to pick me up and another passenger. Time passed, followed up with a call again, no update, I ended up getting picked up past 5:30pm. At this point, I missed my appointment and felt very frustrated. I didn't leave the dealership after checking out until past 6pm. I'm reasonable but for an oil change and a tire rotation to take 11 hours is unacceptable. At this point, it is so late in the day, when I did my inspection on the lot of my vehicle, I found oil grease stains all over my front bumper. Very disappointed. Messy. Speechless. I would love to post pictures here but it will not let me. Maybe I will on my Google review. Unfortunately, I don't think I will ever be coming back here. I lived 2 miles away, but I would rather get serviced at another dealership that is fully committed to their customers and have a more organized process. Thank you. More
Good dealership and honest people, the automatic call just needs work since it hangs up when you’re trying to get transferred. The worst customer service! I have a new 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee! Check engine is working on, transmission issues, suspension issues and the worst of all is the speedometer bei I have a new 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee! Check engine is working on, transmission issues, suspension issues and the worst of all is the speedometer being stuck at reverse 2 miles per hour. This a major safety concern! The service manager did not care and say he was slammed and to try other dealers. I mentioned my family that I drive around and did not make an effort to get it checked out. The soonest they offered was December. I left my jeep for an oil change and Cesar the maintenance worker put so much stress on the emergency break that he did not know out to take it off (witnessed by another employee) Cesar the maintenance worker also closed and opened my liftgate 8 times but stress on the lift supports closing it half way and opening it. Blaming it on my key not work as he got out of the vehicle, I then demonstrated it to the other employee and he apologized.. They didn’t complete a vehicle update or a recall ! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER! More
Krista and Adriana were very helpful and courteous. I do have one complaint. Still within reason but I was leaving town and I otherwise would not be able to pick it up. I tried several several times and was put on hold for 15-20 minutes a couple times and finally hung up. Or no one would answer at all. Finally I called the sales department and someone answered on the first ring. I explained my frustration, was transferred, and again a long hold with no answer. My previous service experience could not have been any better, and because of Krista and Adriana’s great attitude’s, I’m still leaving a full star review. Maybe a couple people called in sick a couple days at that time. Maybe they were unexpectedly unusually busy at that time. Or maybe management is failing to properly staff the department in an attempt to achieve a higher income margin at the customer’s expense which would be a bummer. Either way when you have a partially unsatisfactory experience but other great experiences I think it’s fair to give the benefit of the doubt. I do still highly recommend this dealership as their service was far better than others that I have dealt with. More
I was so impressed with Hugo the service advisor. He took the time to arrange for pick up and delivery, he kept me posted at all times of any changes or updates to the service. His communication skills were outstanding and his commitment to customer service was excellent. He explained the billing and explained in detail those areas of the truck that need further attention. Autonation is lucky to have him. More
It's lucky and hard to have a professional help when you seek for one. A big shoutout to Hugo for handling the job as if it's his own, and the AutoNation team for the flowless and generous experince.
