Jordan has a great customer service, very polite, and professional. I had an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment, and I got my vehicle back 30 minutes early than expected completion time. Pl professional. Ariana absolutely makes me feel like I am the most important person dropping off my truck! She did a diagnostic test on the truck and informed me of all the engine and drive train stats, including bei important person dropping off my truck! She did a diagnostic test on the truck and informed me of all the engine and drive train stats, including being up to date on any recalls which was very comforting to know before my long trip. And I was just dropping off the truck for an oil change! Dennis, the service manager made it a point to come over and say hi and to catch up on stuff since my last visit. It's amazing to be treated like family in this day & age! More
Sales department is great. The service department is by Sales department is great. The service department is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I left my car there the whole day (9 am to 5:00 p Sales department is great. The service department is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I left my car there the whole day (9 am to 5:00 pm) and apparently they forgot to check my car in so my car was never looked at. Then when I got there the manager Dennis tried to make up a story that they were just going to take it back (Lie). If that was true and they were that behind I should have received a phone call or text massage or some kind . But no I didn’t receive anything. Literally when I got there is was dead and everyone was hanging out and when I showed up they had a look of oh s***. I called Cindy my service advisor 3 days straight and left 3 voicemails to see if my parts were in and to set up an appointment and never got a call back. I was in town so I ended up going to the dealership to personally go check on my parts and set up an appointment. Cindy was there and had no explanation as to why she never called me back. Well my parts were in so she would schedule my appointment, or so I thought. She never did because a few days later I got a call from another person calling to set up my appointment for my parts. I explained to her I went into the dealership personally and spoke to Cindy who had already set up my appointment. She had assured me nothing was in the system and Cindy never scheduled my appointment. I completely understand that a lot of business are struggling with short staffing and I am thankful for those who are working hard. But I wish these people had some sort training in customer service because clearly they do not care. Hopefully someone who works here will look at these reviews and get this department the help and training it needs in order to get it up to normal customer standards. I just have to say you all have been warned and good luck. More
Hugo has set the bar high when it come to customer service. He was not only friendly but very attentive and responsive. He called daily to provide status even when the status was No status due to a service. He was not only friendly but very attentive and responsive. He called daily to provide status even when the status was No status due to a back log in the repair shop. Hugo really went to bat for me…as initially the problem I came in for could not be duplicated. He escalated the issue with the shop foreman and problem was solved. I have never had this type of service from a dealership and wish all service representative could take note and duplicate the excellent service care Hugo provided. Bravo Hugo! Bravo! More

After purchasing a UConnect navigation map update, I learned that the installation had to be performed at the dealership level. The instructions stated this would be done at no charge. AutoNation charge learned that the installation had to be performed at the dealership level. The instructions stated this would be done at no charge. AutoNation charged me $220 anyway – despite my protests. They later explained this charge wasn't actually for the map update; it was to update my UConnect system. It would have been nice if they had told me that up front, or contacted me to ask for authorization, but they did not. To make matters worse, the navigation system doesn't work. It shows my location several miles away, so the system is essentially useless. Nice to see that they verify their work. It’s worth mentioning that in late 2019, right before the pandemic, I brought the vehicle into this dealership to perform two recall repairs (cruise control and tailgate latch). Cruise control worked flawlessly pre-recall work, but the first time I tried to use it several months later, it didn’t work at all. Yes, I should have caught this sooner, but the vehicle was rarely used during the lockdown of 2020 and into 2021. AutoNation will take no responsibility for their sub-standard work, or for the tailgate latch recall “repair” that resulted in a tailgate that now rattles loudly and continuously. Cleanliness of vehicle when returned to me? Seriously? Were they supposed to wash it? It was just as dirty as when I brought it in, but kudos to the technician who somehow broke off my little wide-angle mirror and placed it safely on the passenger seat. I know how complicated re-installing these little doo-dads can be, so no worries. My 10-year-old neighbor handled this complicated procedure with some highly coveted doubled-sided 3M tape. Sarcasm aside, I am clearly not satisfied with my experience at AutoNation, nor would I recommend them. In fact, after purchasing three new Ram pickups in a row from this dealership and being treated in this manner, I think I’m done! More
