End result was good. But after taking truck in for recall, I was told recall parts needed to be changed and parts had to be ordered. Next step was to schedule appointment for recall work to be done, someone entered into database that recall work was complete. So, after explaining that it actually hadn't, I was able to schedule, and work was completed. Everything seems to be fine now. Overall, I'm satisfied they just need to get better at communication with each other and customers. More
