Do yourself a HUGE favor. Don't ever buy a car or get any kind of service from Autonation Dodge. I bought my Durango from them in 2018 since then its been nothing but a pain i Don't ever buy a car or get any kind of service from Autonation Dodge. I bought my Durango from them in 2018 since then its been nothing but a pain in the xxx with them and their service department and management. They even charged me twice for oil changes before I found out it was part of my service. I shouldn't have been charged. Most recently I had a warranty repair that needed to be done. The 2 parts were on back order with no eta on them. They had my vehicle for a week and wouldn't accommodate me with a rental because my car has to many miles on it and a rental for my family costs $100+ a day. The stupidest thing I've ever heard especially when they're the ones that can't get my parts. Funny thing is my personal mechanic could have gotten the parts the same day and from the same factory that Dodge dealerships get parts from only difference is the Mopar stamp. The same exact parts from the same company,...so stupid. So for one of my parts they used the aftermarket part. Then they told me after they did the work that it voids my warranty from now on. Listen I don't have the time to write everything that happened over the last 4+ years with this Autonation Dodge dealership but they Suck big time. I talked with the GM there, James and he only began to help me once I wrote a bad review. Long story short they don't care about you the customer, they only care about their reviews and getting their bonuses. After numerous phone calls with no return calls from them, I took my car to a different Dealership Rydell Dodge in San Fernando they got the back ordered parts in 2 weeks and completed the work and accommodated me with a rental on them. That's GOOD customer service!!! Thanks Rydell Dodge Bottom line DONT GO TO AUTONATION Dodge FOR ANYTHING. They are horrible!!! More
Had to wait 4 weeks for parts. Had to call to find out my parts were in. (Never notified). When I brought my vehicle back in for installation, my vehicle was there all day and Noon Had to call to find out my parts were in. (Never notified). I called at 530pm and still no status and no call back until the next day at 2pm. More

When I originally made an appointment I thought it was going to be months out but they were able to get me an earlier appointment. Once the truck was in they updated me every step Of the way and was able going to be months out but they were able to get me an earlier appointment. Took my ram in for first service and a recall,advisor took down all my concerns and I was in and out. Got my truck back and all issues were addressed. My only negative thing was the tech who did the oil took down all my concerns and I was in and out. Got my truck back and all issues were addressed. My only negative thing was the tech who did the oil change spilled oil and did not clean up spill. I smelled oil burning and checked under truck when I noticed oil on engine block and was dipping on exhaust pipe. I had to clean up spilled oil. Not happy tech did a crappie job . More
