My name is Tim Goebel and I was the one who brought the Mazda to the Dealership.The Mazda stayed on the lot for 8 months, because the mechanics nor Service Manager could figure out the problem; that it nee Mazda to the Dealership.The Mazda stayed on the lot for 8 months, because the mechanics nor Service Manager could figure out the problem; that it needed a distributor and a fuel pump; so it was towed to Hello Mazda and they fixed the problem! Because it stayed so long at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram so long I accrued late DMV charges and late smog charges, now in November the Mazda has to be registered Again! Almost $500.00 at once because of the negligence and the substandard Customer Service and approach to my vehicle! Finally, they broke the inside hood latch release mechanism and just left it hanging! Mazda told me it came to them like that! Incredibly Incompetent! Run Forrest RUN!!! More

I am totally impressed with all the new additions to the service experience, especially the "Video Walkaround" that your service technician sends to you via text while you vehicle is in service. I was sincerely AMAZED that they are now utilizing the technology that's been available for some time now. Better late then never! Also very happy with Jordan's customer service!!! I use to bring my 2014 Chrysler T&C to Valencia AutoNation CDJR since we purchased the vehicle, but shortly after were VERY dissatisfied, so we decided to go to another dealership, but that only lasted a few years. We decided to come back to Valencia and it was the BEST decision. I'm glad, because I really didn't know where else to go. I hope it stays that way!!! More
I took my 2019 jeep unlimited to the dealer for an oil change,tire rotatation and to have the start/stop checked as it wasn't working. I came in contact with 2 service advisers and 1 tech.All of them were change,tire rotatation and to have the start/stop checked as it wasn't working. I came in contact with 2 service advisers and 1 tech.All of them were nice and understanding. The adviser called me that afternoon to say both batteries were bad and would be replaced but I was asked to leave it overnight as they didn't have all the parts. I said yes. When called the next day to say it was ready I went to pick it up. When I got in the jeep and drove away I noticed that the steering wheel was about 5 inches off center. Then as I drove it was all over the road so I turned around and went back. The adviser took it back to a tech and when he brought it back he shook a bar,drag link,and said it was loose. I couldn't figure out how all this could happen parked overnight at a dealership. I sure couldn't have driven it in like that. They tightened it and I took it to a shop to had it fixed. Bad experience for me. More
Even with an appointment they took more 24 to even look at my car and then I asked if I were to bring back it would 5 days with no loaner or rental car. Who has that kind of time or a spare car just sitti at my car and then I asked if I were to bring back it would 5 days with no loaner or rental car.
