I have been there twice and I must admit for a new car dealership in today's world, they did a great job. It was clean, and everyone was very friendly. This dealership always takes longer than the Cadillac dealership to complete services. What takes 2 to 3 hours at the Cadillac dealership takes more than a day at this dealership.Neither dealership keeps dealership to complete services. What takes 2 to 3 hours at the Cadillac dealership takes more than a day at this dealership.Neither dealership keeps the customer informed of progress and the video inspection provided by this dealership is unintelligible due to the background noise. My experience with this Service Dept has been terrible, until my last visit. Hugo Salazar made the experience much more pleasant. 1st visit was for new car break in- check up. May 2021. For whatever reason battery could not be checked. 2nd Visit Aug 2021, check engine light came on, Service Advisor indicated that a camera sensor was affected. Appt was scheduled for 2 half months later, Nov 2021. Van was brought in and software updated. Sept 2022 Check engine light came on, brought my van in and without checking the issue scheduled my appt for 21 Nov 2022. My concern was driving it, not knowing what the issue was. Mid Oct I received a "Customer Satisfaction Notice" indicating a repair may need to be made. Made a trip to the dealership, presented the notification to the Service Advisor. I indicated that I was getting odd displays on my dash. I was told the issue would be addressed on my schedule appt. I expressed my concern. On the 26th of Oct 2022 the van would not start. Called the Service Mgr. with my issue and was told to contact a tow service to have it brought in. I brought the van into the dealership on the 28 Oct 2022. Hugo Salazar performed a scan to get a reading on the issues with the van. Something that was not performed by the other two Service Advisor. He gave me a breakdown of the issues and indicated what was going to happen and would keep me apprised of the repairs. In which he did. He is what you would expect of a Service Advisor. I very much appreciate the attention and his efforts to get me back on the road during these difficult times. I'll be honest I have very little miles on the vehicle approx. 6600 miles, and the check engine light issues, and my previous experience with the two previous Service Advisors have made me regret my leasing of the vehicle. If and when I visit the Service Dept again I hope it will be with Hugo Salazar. My feedback on the inquiry is based on my dealing with Hugo. More
This pertains to the service department. Extremely poor customer service from the service advisors. It feels like they could care less about your vehicle and are just clocking hours. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. It you opt for the "call back" option, no one actually calls you back. The service manager was no better. I asked him a question and he didn't even look at me when he answered. Standing in front of me, he looked off to my right the whole time. It was rude and unprofessional. I hate going to this dealership. More
