I was ignored when I pulled up. In the past someone would meet me at my car and offer assistance. This time a service advisor was helping another customer, he looked at me and nev In the past someone would meet me at my car and offer assistance. There were at least three other service advisors sitting behind desks with no customers. I asked a young lady with long black hair and high heels what should I do and her reply was not friendly, she didn't smile, she looked annoyed that I asked her a question. I then asked a tall gentleman and at least he didn't seem annoyed but neither one could tell me what the procedure was to get help. I have never had to get out of my car and look for help. Please tell me what to do! Do I sit and wait in my car or go interrupt advisors sitting behind their desk with no customers. Poor customer service on check in.
