Brought my truck in for standard oil change. Quick and easy to make an appointment. One the day of the appointment, they got my truck back quick and took care of things in a timely manner. I have used the Valencia Jeep service department on three different occasions. The first two for oil change and tire rotation and the service was great. Each time I used their shuttle service as I dropped of different occasions. The first two for oil change and tire rotation and the service was great. Each time I used their shuttle service as I dropped off my car during my lunch break, which was very convenient and helpful when carless. This last time I had some air blower issues. I worked directly with Dennis, the service manager, and Eric, the service advisor, and they worked diligently with me to ensure that my blower motor issue was resolved. Both Dennis and Eric worked very well with me to accommodate my schedule for dropping off my vehicle. I even received follow up text messages from both a week after receiving my Jeep back. I was very pleased with Dennis and Eric following up on my vehicle! I highly recommend Eric as your service advisor at Valencia; he always responds to my texts and calls and actually goes out of his way to communicate with me regarding my vehicle status. Thank you! If you’ve purchased a Wagoneer and are looking for the VIP service marketed for your vehicle - This is not the dealership for you. From my understanding the Asssitant Service Manager and Service Manager a VIP service marketed for your vehicle - This is not the dealership for you. From my understanding the Asssitant Service Manager and Service Manager are the Wagoneer ambassadors for this dealership. They argued (in a beyond disrespectful way) and declined to warranty a trim piece on my second row seat. After going back to Wagoneer client services for assistance to resolve this it was upsetting while also vindicating to hear that there was an actual service bulletin that addressed and identified this as an issue. This is an example of just one of the unresolved issues we still have with the vehicle after the dealership had our car for 7 days - Active Lane Management still not working (they may have noticed if they actually test drove the vehicle after RSU updates), driver side heated seat not working properly, driver side mirror defrost not working, an unclear explanation on why the oil pressure warning light comes on in accessory only mode to name a handful more of the problems. I came away with the impression this management team has no interest in resolving the issues/repairs needed for our vehicle. We will not be taking our vehicle in for service to this dealership in the future. More
