I rarely rate or review but my experience yesterday was unusually good. Stellar in fact. The young guy who was the service writer was knowledgeable since in the past was an ASC certified Mechnic. We took our car on 11/28 because we broke down. We didn’t get it backed until 1/17 after the service manager Dennis told us it would only be 2 weeks. This service department is understaffed, and turnaround is slow. Expect to wait a long time, up to 3 hours for an oil change. Mechanics are average compared to other repair shops. When I had my oil changed, I drove out and a few miles down the road saw my front hood wasn't even latched down. I had to pull off the road to secure it. Shameful. More
