I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Autonation Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Valencia, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the entire process was plagued with incompetence, negligence, and a complete lack of customer care. I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this dealership. To begin with, they had my Jeep in their possession for an astonishing period of over three months. The length of time alone is unacceptable, as it caused a major inconvenience in my daily life. Despite their promises of timely repairs, I was left without my vehicle for an unnecessarily extended period. As if the excessive wait time wasn't frustrating enough, Autonation managed to lose and neglect my radio antenna during their "service." How a dealership can misplace such a crucial part and fail to take responsibility for it is beyond comprehension. They didn't even bother informing me about the missing antenna until I brought it up myself, leaving me to wonder how much else they neglected during the repair process. Furthermore, when I finally received my Jeep back, it was returned to me in a deplorable state. The vehicle was dirty both inside and out, as if they had never bothered to clean it during their long custody. It is utterly disrespectful to hand back a customer's car in a worse condition than when it was dropped off. And let's not forget the charging cable issue, which they failed to address despite my explicit request. It's baffling that they didn't bother fixing such a basic problem, especially after holding my vehicle for an extended period. This shows a complete lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction. Throughout this entire ordeal, the communication from Autonation Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Valencia was abysmal. They rarely provided updates on the status of my vehicle, leaving me in the dark for weeks at a time. When I did manage to reach someone, they were unhelpful and lacked any sense of urgency or accountability. In conclusion, my experience with Autonation Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Valencia was nothing short of a disaster. The excessive delay, the loss of my radio antenna, the return of my car in a dirty state, and the failure to fix my charging cable all highlight their incompetence and lack of professionalism. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a dealership that values customer satisfaction and respects the importance of proper service. More

Made appt 6 weeks earlier. Was told need car for 3 days. Bringing it in for the recall on tailgate latch and check exhaust manifold bolts (common on Hemis). When dropped off said it would be more like 5 since many of their techs have jumped ship (great confidence comment). Called. Next afternoon to check in, no updates. Service advisor said they would talk to shop foreman and get back to me. Never happened. Next morning I messaged at 933 am for update, no response. Left. Dennis (Svc mgr) message at 1232pm to see if he could update me as I haven’t hear from advisor. Messages service advisor another message at 239 pm, no response. Dennis never returned my call. Car now there for 3 days. Finally called again and asked to have advisor paged. Got hold of advisor and she said she would talk with svc mgr. at 4:16 pm I received text saying vehicle would be looked at by end of next day. I texted back asking if repairs were needed how much more time is involved. Received to following “We need to verify what is the failure to confirm if we need parts? If a software update is needed it completed during the diagnosis process. If parts are needed, we have to check availably of parts”. For a recall on tailgate (30 min job) and check a manifold (crack or broken bolt)? Decided to remove the car from their service dept and go elsewhere. Texted and picked car up. I would love to see this service dept succeed and operate like a few others I have been too. I hope for their sake they can recruit and retain techs and get the svc dept kicked up a few notches. For now I will go elsewhere. More

Customer service was perfectly fine. Being notified about when my car would be ready would have been preferred, but I could tell they were backed up with other vehicles. The only negative was the potential cost I was given was different than what ended up being the case- which was a pure labor charge. I felt pressured into paying more for for an issue that was a simple software update. What I was charged for was 100% labor. I get the sense that is the management goal of this dealership- always aim to make a little more off each customer. Again, decently friendly service, but had I known I was going to be paying out almost about 250$ at the end of the day, I would have shopped around. More
