We bought a used car. We had an appointment to test drive and they apparently hadn't received word we were coming and our sales rep was not there. After a couple weeks of doing our research, we chose the SUV located here to buy. Again, we had an appointment, our salesman was not there. We prearranged that the car be gassed and washed as well as we filled out loan docs in advance (which we didn't need because we paid cash) We were told that this process would be simple. After waiting 1.5 hours, we finally saw the finance guy. I think this ended up being a 2.5 hour process. While in finance, the car still had to be gassed and washed. More
