The worst experience ever! ! I had a warranty purchased through Autonation which they claimed was not in their system. It took 7 days for them to diagnose my Jeep. I finally fou ! I had a warranty purchased through Autonation which they claimed was not in their system. It took 7 days for them to diagnose my Jeep. I finally found my warranty papers and took them into the service department. At that time, they finally agreed that I did have a warranty. Then, after the 7 day diagnosis, there was no ETA as to when they would repair the vehicle. It needed a radiator and they claimed it was on backorder and had no idea when they could get the part to fix it. In the meantime, I am calling other repair locations who can get the part in ONE day. They treated me as if they could care less if I got my vehicle repaired there or not. Women beware! If you need something fixed, find a different repair location. I will never purchase a car through Auto nation again or get anything repaired/diagnosed at the dealership. More
