Bought the three pack of oil changes and every time it was not a pleasant experience. The service team is rude. Each time I selected a ride home, first two times I was forgotten about until I said somethi was not a pleasant experience. The service team is rude. Each time I selected a ride home, first two times I was forgotten about until I said something. Then last week I was told there would be a wait after I asked about it. I wish they would communicate with you but they’re more concerned about congregating at a desk and chatting. Id gladly have someone come get if I was just told there was an issue. But again, they’re more focused on hanging out then delivering good service. This last time was the final straw, their “car wash” was them spraying my wiper fluid and letting it wipe a few times. Just a dirty windshield that I could’ve done from the drivers seat myself. I reached out immediately Saturday with pictures to my “advisor” and someone got back to me today(!!!) saying I could bring it in for a wash. I had to wipe oil smudges off my hood and bumper from where their hands and legs were. There was oil all over my engine, just a sloppy job every time and they offer a car wash as a part of the package and don’t do it. I can’t emphasize enough how bad their customer service is, it’s the reason I won’t be returning. More

After searching high and low for the truck I wanted, I found it at this dealership. They advertised no-haggle pricing but that was not the case.
