Sales agent was fair, but forgot to include front license plate and 2nd key. He said he would FedX next day. But I haven't received it yet. After sales agreement agent forward me to financing for paperwork. The finance clerk took extremely long while pitching a car insurance plan that I told him I didn't want. He continued to pitch sales and I was ready to walk out the because I had to leave. Then he called his manager to review his paperwork and again his manager continued the pitch. I paid cash for this car and did not expect over 2 hours to purchase. very dissatisfied.
