It was clean but cummunacation was terriable on there side. I had told them that my stop and start wasn't working and my odometer number was blinking . He told me it's most likely the battery so I had side. I had told them that my stop and start wasn't working and my odometer number was blinking . He told me it's most likely the battery so I had it replaced. After when I picked up my car he than desided to tell me I had about a year left on the battery but they changed it anyways because I had requested it. I thought they could of charged it up . I only did it because they recommended it before he nee they didn't test it yet. I assumed they would of told me once they tested it but they did not. And my odometer was still flashing and he told me of that has nothing to do with the battery that has to do with the cluster. And you will have to bring it back another day due to see if warrrnty will cover that issue. So needless to say I won't be going back . More
Dealer Service Dept. never answers the phone. Understaffed Service Dept hasn't enough trained mechanics to service the load. My car was sitting in service for a week be never answers the phone. If your car has a serious issue it takes days to get an appointment. Once your car is in service, the Advisors never answer their phones and when leaving voice messages, they rarely return calls. Absolutely disgraceful service. More

And for the first time ever my salesman Gary was not only advocated my best interest, but the only person to ever follow up after buying a car at a dealer. I can forget about Jen, she is one of the sweetest humans I think I have met, especially while buying a car. I went though 3 dealerships before landing at auto nation and I’m glad I did. At the Jeep dealership, Tony was available to answer questions and offer his support and advice. If it wasn't for him, I doubt that we would have bought the car we did that day. His management skills are also reflected in the excellence of his sales team. More
