very unprofessional made us think we had a deal . added protection plan that was not ask for. we waited there over five hours we shook hands thinking the deal was done. at the end the service manger added protection plan that was not ask for. we waited there over five hours we shook hands thinking the deal was done. at the end the service manger said we could not take the vehicle. they wanted more money down.they ask for us to transfer our insurance to the new vehicle so we did .after all that we ended very anger because this was a game they were playing.never go there again don't recommend any one. From the moment I entered to the second I drove away with my new Ram 1500, the entire dealership staff was observed with smiths and warm greetings. And when my salesman introduced me to his manager, he too greeted me with a big smile and some light hearted joking while assuring me if there is anything that I require, all I had to do is ask and he'll return to provide whatever assistane I desired. And although the entire process took a bit longer than I expected, they were very busy, time simply past with no regrets or frustration typically found when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. To put it simply, it was probably the best car/truck buying experience I ever experienced...and no I, my family or friends have any afflication with this dealership. This dealership has really gone done hill since Jordan and other service advisors left. I brought my jeep in for an alternator and couldn’t get an update from my advisor. After two days of sitting there i and other service advisors left. I brought my jeep in for an alternator and couldn’t get an update from my advisor. After two days of sitting there i finally waited on hold and got a hold of her just for her to tell me that it’s going to be 5 to 7 days before they even look at it. Why didn’t they tell me that when I dropped it off. They knew I was in a hurry because I had to leave for a trip to Oregon. I had to just take my jeep back because I couldn’t wait that long. This dealership has gone down hill. Also they couldn’t even tell me if it would be covered under warranty or not. So know I might have to spend $600 on something that should be covered under warranty. More
