Tricked into a lease and not willing to work with it to get me into a different vehicle (Substantially more expensive vehicle), and all before 24,000 miles my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE has had 2 major safe get me into a different vehicle (Substantially more expensive vehicle), and all before 24,000 miles my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE has had 2 major safety recalls, broken transmission pump, hybrid system failure x 2 requiring . This is more so a Don't get a lease, and don't buy a 4XE. Complete waist of your hard earned money. BBB complaint filed against stellantis. We'll see how much further I need to go. More
Do not trust this dealership they are shady. I traded in a vehicle and asked them specifically if the loan went through on the new purchase. They guaranteed me that it is absolutely a done deal. I asked what happens if it doesn’t go through they said don’t worry it will and if it doesn’t the GM James will just call the bank and tell them they need to him a favor and just push it through so don’t worry it will absolutely go through. Then when I got to finance once again I asked if there was any way the loan could come back James in finance said no way it’s definitely a done deal. Well after giving a down payment and my trade it I signed the contract paperwork and I drove off in my new car. I couldn’t be any happier. Well six days later they call me up and say the loan didn’t get funded and I must return the vehicle immediately and they will give me back my trade in and my down payment. I said whatever even know I was so angry. Then when I returned everything, which I returned the vehicle exactly how I received it however I noticed parts missing off my vehicle and when I told them they did absolutely nothing about it. As a matter of fact I ordered over a thousand dollars in extra parts, upgrades for the new vehicle and when I told them what are they going to do about it they said you’re up sh*** creek and I just have to return the parts. When I told them it was going to cost me hundreds in restocking fees what could they do for me once again they said they won’t do nothing. I even asked what about some free oil changes or something just to make the customer happy and they wouldn’t do anything for me. That is just a horrible way to run a business. All they care about is making a sale and don’t care about the customer what so ever that’s why I would never recommend this dealer and I would be very careful dealing with them at all because they are liers. More
This wasn’t my first bad experience with AutoNation. I took my Jeep for service, spent close to $1,800, and they didn’t send me an Uber to pick up my car. Within two months of purchasing the vehicle both my salesperson and finance person had left this dealership. This wouldn't usually matter but in my case I needed assistance with some paperwork on my t salesperson and finance person had left this dealership. If this is how guests are treated after a sale, then I would be hesitant to recommend this dealership to anyone else. More

After having to wait almost 2 months for an appointment to get my brand new Jeep transmission pooring fluid out the side diagnosed under warranty. I was told it would take 5-9 days just for diagnosis and my appointment was for a drop off only. No loaner or rental cars available and I would be charged $610 for the diagnosis if they could not find anything wrong. I bought dozens of new cars and never had to pay for a warranty diagnosis. The manager was not available and never called me as requested. When I asked for the corporate number I was told they didn't it and I could go to another dealer. I am now stuck with a new vehicle I can't drive. My 4th car purchased from Auto Nation in 2 years. Never had anything but excellent service from the Autonation Ford service department. I will never buy another car from Autonation again. More
