To start with: WOW! !!! OK, we started in with a "recall" that simply affected our windshield wipers. Something about them coming loose and not wiping, or even flying !!! OK, we started in with a "recall" that simply affected our windshield wipers. Something about them coming loose and not wiping, or even flying off and injuring pedestrians. (I might be exaggerating a little here) and Chrysler wanted them to be tightened. THEN, we described a little trouble my wife was having with all the overwhelming features. Turned out that nothing was wrong with the truck, it was just not quite clear about paging through all the settings, and I mean paging. The service manager blew my mind. He spent lots of time with her, getting everything set right and showing her how to fix it if another glitch happened. With anything that complicated, glitches can occur if the wrong button or combination of buttons gets pushed, and on top of all that, "Hey, if it happens again, and you cannot fix it, bring it in and I will take care of it" he said. I have NEVER met a service manager like that before. Now these are people I can do business with. More

Have not had any good experiences since I bought my car in May 2021. A long wait for a loaner car to become available (usually 3 months out). Car has had to be taken for repairs 3 different times (1 being in May 2021. A long wait for a loaner car to become available (usually 3 months out). Car has had to be taken for repairs 3 different times (1 being a major repair (motor had to be replaced) 2 of those times they had my car for a month or longer. Had to talk to one of the service managers to FINALLY get the issue resolved on the third occasion it was brought in. I will not ever refer anyone here to purchase a car or get repairs done. I have only had my car for a year come next month and have had so many issues. It was my fault for jumping on the first deal that I thought was going to be a good thing, but nope. More
Well I have to say the sales side is second to none, however the service side sucks horribly! I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to have my vehicle scanned and oil changed. When I arrive, guess what the service advisor who booked me (Micaela Barber) was at lunch so I had to deal with someone who had no clue why I was there. So they tell me it will be 10 to 7 days before I can get my vehicle checked out. I was like so I have to leave the truck here and he was like yes. I was like ok I wasn't told that, he said they also wouldn't have a rental until mid May. Seriously xxx is going on over there??? So then I ask if I could at least get my oil changed and he had to get the Lube advisor lol. That guy tells me no because they weren't ready for me, I'd have to make an appointment for that. By this time I'm furious, I can't get my truck scanned or oil changed that I booked 3 weeks ago!!! He finally said if I bring it back at 3 they could do it. So needless to say my day was shot because I had to come back at 3. I will not b3 back here for service and I will not recommend anyone to go there either More
