The maintenance and price on the service were ok. The customer service was horrible. We had made an appointment several weeks in advance. This was because the Service Adviser told us we could not ge The customer service was horrible. We had made an appointment several weeks in advance. This was because the Service Adviser told us we could not get a loaner vehicle until May 20th. My appt time was 8:00 am and I arrived at 7:30. The service advisor told me they had no loaners but they would rent a car from Enterprise. Then I was told Enterprise had no cars. Finally I was told they would have a driver take me home. I waited well over an hour for the driver. The driver was very nice, Later that afternoon the service adviser called and said my truck was done and he agreed to have me picked up at my home the next morning around 8:00 am. I was not picked up until after 9:30 am.(same driver as before). We tried to contact the service adviser several times during this wait to no avail. The dealership wasted almost 3 hours of my time. It was clear to me, the dealership and the service adviser did not value my time. You would think after they screwed up the loaner process they would have at least made sure they picked me up the next day on time. My view is this was simply total lack of respect for their customer. Don Sorensen More

My service advisor Erik Galvan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while I dropped off my ram 1500 he made it seamless to get into my loaner . , he kept communication often and he’s a gr make sure I was taken care of while I dropped off my ram 1500 he made it seamless to get into my loaner . , he kept communication often and he’s a great man.
